ORDER

In order to place an order on the website https://www.ladyc.it/en/ it is necessary to register on the site with your personal details and your e-mail address. Once registered you will receive a confirmation email with your credentials with which you can log in.

It is also possible to register through your social accounts (Facebook, Google, Amazon, Instagram) simply by clicking on the relevant icons.

Once registered, the customer can choose the products to order, add them to the cart, paying attention to the choice of size, color and other attributes.

Once you have finished choosing the product(s), by accessing the cart, a summary screen of the chosen items will be displayed; here it will be possible to select the payment method (paypal, credit card, bank transfer, cash on delivery, mazon pay, mybank ) and the type of shipping.

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

LadyC intimate uses the main Italian couriers (the customer will be informed of the name of the courier and the tracking code to monitor the shipment from time to time via e-mail) as well as allowing collection from its points of sale.

Shipping costs are as follows:

- collection in our stores = FREE

- shipping to Italy by courier (orders up to €49.99) = €4.90

- shipping to Italy by courier (orders over €49.99) = FREE

- shipments to France, Germany and Austria (orders up to €250) = €20.90

- shipments to France, Germany and Austria (orders over €250) = FREE

- shipments to Belgium, Holland, Spain and the United Kingdom (orders up to €250) = €22.90

- shipments to Belgium, Holland, Spain and the United Kingdom (orders over €250) = FREE

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery takes place within 5 working days.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days. (Any garment that comes into contact with lower private parts is excluded from this right).

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the designated carrier, acquires physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer is required to inform us ( LadyC underwear di Latini Camillo, Viale JF Kennedy, 54 - Sant'Egidio alla vibrata (Te), if available, +393396546268, info@ladyc.it ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract through an explicit declaration (for example example letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). To this end, you can use the attached standard withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

It is mandatory to send a photo of the product before shipping it to avoid problems and tampering by third parties during transport.

To respect the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If the customer withdraws from this contract, all payments made to us will be refunded, with the exception of delivery costs, in the event that delivery is free due to exceeding the minimum amount, the costs will be deducted from the refund, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

These refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the latter has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a consequence of such reimbursement. The refund may be suspended until the goods are received.

The customer is asked to return the goods or deliver them to us ( LadyC intimate di Latini Camillo, Viale JF Kennedy, 54 - Sant'Egidio alla vibrata (Te), +393396546268, info@ladyc.it , without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is respected if the customer sends back the goods before the expiry of the 14 day period. The costs of returning the goods will be borne by the customer, according to the mode you prefer.

The customer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

CHANGE OF GOODS IS THE SELLER'S RESPONSIBILITY

The customer has the right, within 7 days from the date of receipt, to request an exchange of goods for defective products or for errors in the order regarding size or color made by LadyC underwear.

The customer must communicate by telephone or e-mail the need for a return, specifying the order reference and the product(s) to be replaced. It will be the responsibility of the LadyC intimate staff to provide all the necessary information to carry out the replacement.

LadyC underwear will send its own courier to collect the goods. The customer must deliver the package with the products to be returned to the courier, in the original packaging, arranging them appropriately for transport (as happened for delivery).

Once the package has been received, LadyC intimate will send the replacement goods back.

However, it is specified that items that come into contact with private parts (panties, thongs, etc.), used or washed items and items not properly packaged in the original packaging cannot be replaced.

IMAGES

All registered images and logos on the website https://www.ladyc.it/en/ belong to their respective owners. It is forbidden to publish and reproduce the images and texts.

Any unauthorized use will be reported and prosecuted according to the law.
